2. Services Questions

  • “What types of lawns do you service?”If it grows, we mow.

  • “Do you provide your own materials (mulch, plants)?” We bring everything needed to care for your lawn, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. But if you have materials lying around that you’d like us to use, we’re happy to work with those too, whatever works best for you.

  • “Can you handle special requests or custom projects?”We love custom projects. Whatever your dreaming of we can make happen

  • “How often should I schedule maintenance?”It depends on your type of grass and the season, but don’t worry—we handle all of that. Kova follows a schedule that keeps your lawn healthy, green, and looking its best year-round. You shouldn’t have to stress about when your lawn needs a cut, that’s why we take care of it for you.

3. Scheduling & Availability

  • “How far in advance do I need to book?” It depends on what you need, but often we can be there the same day. We’ll work with your schedule to get your lawn looking great as quickly as possible.

  • “Do you work on weekends or holidays?” Generally, yes! We’re happy to work on weekends or most holidays, just not the really important ones like Christmas. Your lawn doesn’t take a day off, and neither do we (almost)!

  • “What if it rains?”We keep going through the rain, unless we determine it’s unsafe to continue. Safety first, but your lawn doesn’t mind a little drizzle, and neither do we!

  • “Can I change or cancel my service?” At Kova, we understand that life happens. That’s why we offer complete flexibility, you can make changes as often as you need, and we won’t mind at all.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • “Do you offer packages or recurring service discounts?” Yes! We offer flexible packages and recurring service options designed to save you time and money. The more often we care for your lawn, the more convenient—and cost effective—it becomes. We can customize a plan that works perfectly for your schedule and needs.

  • “How do I pay?”We take Cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Whatever’s most convienent.

  • “Are there extra fees for certain yards?”At Kova, what you see is what you get. Our pricing is always clear, and there are never any hidden fees, even if your lawn has a giant hill or other wild surprises, we won’t sneak in extra charges.

5. Yard & Property Questions

  • “Do I need to do anything before you arrive?”Nope! Our service is designed to keep your lawn looking pristine, without you having to lift a single finger. Left toys out? No worries, we’ll take care of them and carefully stow them out of the way for you. No need for a full cleanup before we arrive.

  • “Do you remove yard waste or leave it for me?” We at Kova never leave anything for the client. If the service was paid for, we make sure to complete it to the full extent.
